1- Apply Glue Gel where the Crystals will be using the brush and DO NOT cure. Apply No Wipe Top Coat over glue gel, DO NOT cure. Place the crystals on the adhesive gel and uncured top coat. Adjust and confirm the position of the crystals before curing.
